1. Introduction and Scope
Essential Elements, Inc. (“Essential Elements,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business in Solon, Ohio. We design and supply decorative residential lighting and ceiling fans (the “Products”). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you:
- visit or use our website located at www.thesislights.com and any other websites, pages, or online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”);
- view video content on the Site; or
- otherwise communicate with us online, by email, or by telephone in connection with the Site.
We refer to the Site and our related online services together as the “Services.”
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), available at https://thesislights.com/pages/terms-conditions
Who the Services are for. The Site provides product, specification, and support information to the general public, including homeowners, trade professionals, and our channel partners. The Services are intended for business users and for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

See Section 6.
The Services are intended for users located in the United States. See Section 13.

- Product support and warranty information. If you request support for a product, register a product, or submit a warranty claim, we may collect the product model and serial number, the Retailer from which you purchased it, the purchase date, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, installation details, and any photographs or documents you choose to submit.

These websites are not operated or controlled by Essential Elements. When you leave the Site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
Any purchase you make from a Retailer is a transaction between you and that Retailer. The Retailer collects and controls the information associated with your purchase, including your payment information. We do not receive your payment card information from Retailers.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the information in Section 15. 10. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, encryption of data in transit, and contractual security requirements for our service providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible all activity that occurs under your account.
